Our Process
STEP 1: BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION OR FILL OUT FORM
Use the form below for us to contact you or book a call at a dedicated time when we could have a phone or video consultation. We will chat about your event and plans; plus let you know how RKE works to help you enjoy your event. After this we will follow up with a proposal for review
STEP 4: LETS TALK DECOR!
Now we have the fun part of either meeting in person or via zoom to talk decor! During this phase we will discuss exact colors, design, aesthetics & much more!
STEP 2:PROPOSAL
Once we have discussed the main elements of your event, a proposal will be sent within 48 hours of our consultation.
STEP 3: CONTRACT & RETAINER
After accepting the proposal, a contract will be sent for review & signature along with an invoice with an agreed upon retainer. Once the retainer is received, your date will be marked on our calendar.
